Beginner 4-Week Wheel Throwing Course [September]

$300.00

This 4-week course is perfect for beginners and offers a hands-on introduction to wheel throwing. You’ll learn the fundamentals of centering, pulling, shaping, and trimming clay on the wheel. Each week builds on core techniques, and in the final week, you'll glaze your finished pieces, readying them for their final firing. By the end of the course, you’ll have a selection of your own handmade ceramics and a solid foundation in wheel work.

All clay, tools and firing are included.

What to bring: Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy—pottery is wonderfully hands-on! An apron or towel is also recommended to help keep you (and our space) tidy.

🗓 This course runs on the following dates:

  • Tuesdays starting Sep 9th 2025, 6pm-8:30pm.

  • Wednesdays starting Sep 10th 2025, 6pm-8:30pm.

  • Thursdays starting Sep 11th 2025, 6pm-8:30pm.

A quick note about bookings:

Please choose your workshop date and time carefully—we don’t offer refunds, reschedules, or make-up classes for missed sessions. Mark your calendar so you don’t miss out (reminders aren’t always sent).

Can’t make it after all? Feel free to pass your booking on to a friend—just let us know who’s coming in your place!
